The Belbin Team Roles Report questionnaire will take about 20 minutes to complete online and this will give you a four page report, with descriptions about your behaviour and strengths and weaknesses.
Once you have received at least four Observer Assessments, your report will be upgraded free of charge to a full Individual report, which will compare and contrast your own views with how others see you. The research that underpins this questionnaire and the identification of Team Role Types was carried out by Dr Meredith Belbin and colleagues and the objective was to relate observed team behaviour to measured psychological traits in order that managers would be able to ‘construct’ balanced teams i.e. BELBIN® Team Roles Profile Questionnaire.
